W listopadzie ubiegłego roku związki zawodowe wyliczyły, że pracuje tam już prawie pół tysiąca osób – w tym niemal sto na stanowiskach kierowniczych i menadżerskich z pensjami między 25 a 45 tys. zł. Było to aż 23 dyrektorów, 17 ich zastępców, dwóch pełnomocników, 52 podległych im kierowników i szef gabinetu. Obecnie w Biurze Zarządu JSW S.A. pracuje ok. 300 pracowników, natomiast w Centrum Usług Wspólnych ok. 100 pracowników. Spółka szacuje, że z jednorazowych odpraw pieniężnych może skorzystać w sumie ok. 100 osób pracujących w BZ JSW oraz CUW.

170 tys. zł netto jednorazowej odprawy pieniężnej może dostać nie tylko górnik Jastrzębskiej Spółki Węglowej, ale także sekretarka dyrektora. Do końca roku ma odejść ze świadczeniami 1 156 osób zatrudnionych w koncernie – nie tylko górników, ale także pracowników administracji, kadr czy ochrony. Państwo przekaże na ten cel ok. 500 mln zł. W ciągu pięciu lat, do 2031 r. suma odpraw wyniesie ponad 2 mld zł. Ale to jest draństwo...
