This Friday’s Combined Authority meeting will be asked to add five sites, including a derelict former police station, church, school and pub, to a pipeline of projects to receive brownfield land funding.
The sites’ developers are requesting £2.8m to create 113 new homes, all on previously developed land.
The City Region is already successful delivering its £60m Brownfield Land Fund, that is creating more than 4,500 new homes on derelict sites across the Liverpool City Region.
