If you haven't used the new experimental feature in codex /goal, I highly recommend checking it out. We've always thought about migrating architecture and even frameworks over at @lofty_ai. Some of the decisions we've made at the start are less than optimal in hindsight. But the math never made sense. It would have taken the entire team working on nothing but a migration and take a month to do and maybe that's even optimistic. Just asked gpt 5.5 xhigh in codex last night using the /goal command to do the entire migration. It ran for over 5 hours and 20 mins and close to 1 shot the entire migration. Other than a few small details that needed fixing, the new app appears to be working and stable. This is making us re-evaluate a lot of priorities internally as the ROI math needs to be recalculated for so many things we've previously made a decision to not pursue for now.

At @lofty_ai, we usually start testing new ideas using a manual process. It helps us move quickly and figure out if an idea actually resonates with users or not. Sometimes they do, but because of other priorities, we end up operating that manual process for far longer than we'd like. Introducing our new off-ramp and withdrawal flow. Users can now click 2 buttons and complete withdrawals for their rent balance or account balance to their connected bank accounts. There is also built in tracking to tell you the status of your withdrawals. Standard off-ramps are also free now (3-5 business days) through ACH while the express option (1 business day) costs 2%, down to 1% if withdrawing above $10,000. This has been a big bottle neck for the platform as users had to fill out a form manually and learn how to operate a crypto wallet to send funds to us manually. According to our support metrics, 75% of all customer support requests were regarding how to perform this step properly or getting an update on the status of their withdrawal. No more! I'm a big elder scrolls fan and I just found this channel on Youtube that uses AI to make live action elder scrolls videos on various lore topics. They're usually around 10 minutes long and voiced as well. It's not perfect, but honestly the quality was pretty shockingly good. At this point, people should see the writings on the wall right? Like within 5 years, the models should be good enough to deliver full blown movies that are block buster quality. Whether the movies will be good or not will purely depend on how good a creator is at story telling/directing/prompting the models. I would imagine Hollywood would be pretty panicked about this, but I'm not really seeing much discourse around it yet. Take a look for yourself. Crazy how fast things are moving. One of the next hires I wanted to make at @lofty_ai was a designer, who can also do some coding. I wanted to align the design on the app to be more consistent. It's currently a patchwork of things that look similar, but isn't consistent as we prioritized shipping speed. This was maybe 2 months ago... Not sure if it's necessary anymore.

People have always asked me to share more case studies around @lofty_ai and what users have done on the platform to date. The best part is when one of your long time users does it on their own! DM me if you want to read the entire PDF they shared. It's quite detailed and breaks down their strategy, fees, the pros and cons of what they did. Overhauling real estate transactions have a lot of secondary order effects that we haven't even begun to see yet, but it's clear that users are experimenting with things. Swing trading a physical address has never been possible or practical even at the height of real estate bubbles, but it's a thing you can do now if you want. Some people are even pulling off large profitable trades today.
