What you're seeing on your screen is not normal. Ethanol and Petrol are supposed to 'blend' because that's what ethanol blending means.

Our political system is in great need of a CJP right now.
That's because India's middle class is on a slow boil of frustrations – and it is desperately looking for somewhere to vent.
Nothing is going right for it – low pay hikes, high prices, falling markets, children's education in a shambles, fires in tony housing estates, heat waves, bad roads, contaminated water.
CJP is that perfect platform to express one's anger with the government, without going so far as to align with the opposition and invite the state's wrath.
It is the safety valve that will help release any excess pressure without changing anything.

SEBI has, in an interim report dated June 3 2026, alleged a gigantic scam involving a high-flying company called Rajesh Exports which is in the gold refining and jewellery business. SEBI says that there has been a massive misrepresentation of revenues spanning a five year period 2020/21-2024/25 that could amount to a staggering Rs 15 lakh crore. This is a mind-boggling number. Investigations are continuing and a final report is awaited.
What is particularly disturbing is that LIC owns around 10.8% of Rajesh Exports. Banks too have considerable exposure to this clearly politically influential company.
How could LIC have missed such a huge fraud taking place in a company in which it has a substantial stake? This raises the question of whether LIC’s acquisition of such a substantial stake was driven by instructions from the ruling ecosystem.

This is Riyazuddin, who has a mattress shop near the hotel that caught fire in Malviya Nagar.
When he saw people struggling to escape the fire, he spread all his mattresses on the ground to save the people.
He lost mattresses worth 1.5-2 Lakhs in the process, but he saved eight lives.

Fire brigade didn't reach until 10 AM.
During that 90 minutes period, the locals tried their best but couldn't save everyone.
This is not the first time Fire brigade has failed Delhi. But something tells me that people won't ask for accountability. They are too brainwashed to do it.
