#POCUS marking for LP is the most tedious procedure we do. Check final site marking by putting center line of probe over mark, confirm site, and memorize needle trajectory. Can't reconfirm mark enough times. @ria_dancel @medmanny @nathansonr3 @G2Disrupt ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/article…

I saw this at IKEA the other day and it irritated me! This is the chess version of having the ultrasound probe indicator on the wrong side!! Pieces were glued down so I couldn’t correct it 😵. #nerdsnotice @medpedspocus

For those who don’t play often, each player should have a light square on the bottom right corner, so this board was flipped 90 degrees. This results in the king and queen in the wrong starting position and the light and dark square bishops flipped 🤓

It also appears as though either black played first (which is also incorrect), or white played first but developed then undeveloped a piece?! #kragstafail

73% of med schools & 61% to 94% of internal medicine residencies providing #POCUS curriculum vs. exposure (pub in press from @cm_lopresti). Working knowledge of #POCUS soon to be required to supervise trainees.#IMPOCUS

We’re now up to 73% of med schools at least exposing their students to #POCUS. That intern in June will be looking to you to help guide them on the road to mastering #POCUS. Think on that.
