@Se_Railway why is the 7.44 from barnehurst advertised as being 1 minute late each minute up to 7.47 and is now just showing delayed? Platform guard told us (very helpfully) that he could not see that train on his maps it 7.42

@LBofBexley can you share what your disaster recovery plan is to deal with the ongoing waste collection strikes? I assume you have one, I also assume that serco should have one as part of the contract you awarded them?

@LBofBexley the lack of response, must mean my assumption that you and or Serco had a plan was wrong. Well that’s made an ASS out of U and ME!!
@LBofBexley could you provide details of when the change happened so only one green (general waste)bin would be collected? I have 2 London Borough of bexley bins and they have always been collected until recently. Each fortnight only one is emptied.

Can somebody @BritishGas tell me what benefit I am meant to be getting from a home service plan. I have now been without a washing machine for over 2 weeks with no contact. I have called on 2 occasions and am none the wiser what’s going on.
