@bbcnews The chants on the streets and response to Prince Reza Pahlavi's call to action are clear as day. He is the unifying figure that has earned the trust of the people, and proven to bring millions of Iranians across demographic lines together. Iranians know what they want and who they trust to lead the transition towards a free and prosperous Iran.

My latest for @nypost: The fight for a free Iran has a new front line — and it's not in Tehran. It's here. In California, the Iranian diaspora is using First Amendment rights to do what Iranians inside Iran cannot. The 2026 World Cup is just the stage. I met with Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi and leaders in the Iranian opposition movement to discuss the Iranian people’s fight for freedom. They are helping end the war the radical Muslim mullahs waged against America and the free world 47-years ago. We must stand with those seeking liberty and peace.

I am grateful for the opportunity to speak with H.E. Prince @PahlaviReza. The mullah regime is a terrorist state that maintains its stability through terror, both at home and abroad. The weaker it becomes, the more brutally it cracks down on the population. Indiscriminate executions take place every day. The regime is deadly. The only chance for a free Iran, freedom for the civilian population in Iran, and stability in the region is a regime change. Reza Pahlavi has a clear plan for a fresh start in Iran. The Iranian people need support from Europe as well—we should increase diplomatic pressure and finally expel the so-called “diplomats” from Germany, tighten sanctions, and enforce them.

At POLITICO's Security Summit in Washington, Iran's Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi urged the US to abandon negotiations with Tehran and argued that the Islamic Republic was “inherently incapable” of coexistence with the democratic world. He also claimed the regime is trying to “ride the storm” until there is “no longer a Bibi Netanyahu in Jerusalem or a Donald Trump in the White House.” jpost.com/middle-east/iran-n…

Hezbollah received an estimated $700 million annually. The Houthis, the Popular Mobilization Forces, Palestinian Islamic Jihad, and a range of other proxies all drew from the same source. Ideology may explain why men join a revolutionary movement, but it rarely explains why they stay, and it never explains why they fight consistently for a long period and in different domains and areas. That requires payment, logistics, and a state capable of delivering on its end of the arrangement. open.substack.com/pub/zinebr…

In May, Iran exported zero barrels of crude oil and only 1.6 million barrels of naphtha from Asaluyeh to China, about 145 kbpd. A few more months of this and the regime is toast.

I told @AlArabiya_Eng that the Venezuela model for Iran was always a fantasy. It was never going to happen, and it still will not. The only path to neutralizing the threats posed by the regime is its collapse and replacement by a new one that is friendly to the West and its neighbors and respects its citizens’ rights.

Mark Levin warns Iran’s regime won’t change long term, arguing any deal risks collapse without strong enforcement from future U.S. leadership: “And of course, the problem is this, Sean: Donald Trump is not going to be president forever. Someone will follow him, and especially if it’s a Democrat, I don’t believe they’re going to enforce any deal. So I’m concerned about the enemy. I’m not concerned about the president. I’m not concerned about our military or our economic actions against this regime—I think those are strong. But this is a rigid, ideological regime. It’s not like a typical communist or fascist regime. It is a radical Islamist regime, and they believe their actions are divinely directed. People need to understand this is not a traditional nation-state regime—it is a revolutionary regime. By that, I mean their ideology drives them to expand and dominate. So they’re not going to give up nuclear ambitions permanently. Even if they say they will, at some point they will return to it. That has been the pattern over the last 47 years, and I think history shows that clearly.”
