Hello @google.. So today I decided to create an interactive webpage using HTML, CSS and JavaScript that combines Google's brand colours. This project is a responsive webpage inspired by the start of the 2026 FIFA world cup. This page displays the word "Google" over a world cup themed video background and when the user clicks a button, the word "Google" changes color letter by letter using Google's official colors. 最近のスタートアップおもんないよな スタートアップが入り始めて15年ぐらい経ったけど、割とエコシステムが、完全に成熟仕切ってしまった感がある 2015年ぐらいのUberとかAirbnbの時代は 突飛なアイデアとそれなりのアプリ作れるやつやったら一獲千金を狙って、ちょっとおバカなアイデアとかで跳ねて何十億何百億で買収されるみたいな若者のスタートアップドリームがもっと勢いあったけど ここ1ヶ月、数十人ぐらいの起業家と話したけど ・AIエージェントを作りますって言って、どれぐらいのお金を集めて、どれぐらい増やしますっていう話か ・AIエージェント以外のことをやるって言って、誰にも相手されてない奴か ・頭のいい奴はフロンティアモデルをやるって言って、水面下にずっと潜り続けてるか 大体どれかって感じ 事業アイデアとか、ソリューションの単一化みたいな感じで話を聞いててもあんまり面白くはない もはやソリューション自体に差別化なんかほとんどないのに、みんな必死にうちのAIエージェントはすごいって言ってる しかも結局それはブラックボックスやし、重要な部分はLLMの性能任せ 唯一成功確率を分けるとすれば、ファウンダーがどのコミュニティに属しているのか、どれぐらいクレデンシャルがあるのか、ディストリビューションチャネルをどれぐらい保有しているのか、もしくはお金でどれぐらいチャネルを拡張できる見込みがあるのかぐらい 銀行業が生まれた時代とか、鉄道事業が生まれた時代とか、持てるものがもっと持つようになり、持たざる者はもっと貧乏になるっていうところに、テック業界も加速度的に収束してる こんなことを嘆いても仕方ないけど、ゴールドラッシュの時代と一緒で一発で逆転したい。 もたざる者がプレイするゲームはスタートアップだけじゃなくて、個人でメディアを所有するインフルエンサー的な働き方とかの方が野心の強い若者にはもっとフィットするんじゃないか 新しいカテゴリーというかジャンルの風穴がそろそろ開かないと退屈になってる気はする

A friend of mine recently walked away from a startup that was born from a university project. We had a student innovation challenge last semester and my friends project caught the attention of investors and mentors. Everyone was excited. They spent an entire semester turning the idea into something real, chasing grants, refining the product, and building what they believed could become a successful company. But behind the scenes, things were not looking so good fr. They hired project manager that wasn't tech oriented and she was constantly giving tasks that realistically needed weeks to complete and expected to finish them in days. When deadlines were missed, he was called incompetent. The pressure never stopped. My guy wasn't sleeping well, wasn't focused on his studies No salary. No equity. No ownership. Just endless work and criticism. Eventually, he reviewed the company documents and realized he didn't even have a stake in the business he was helping build just "His commitment". So he left. Too many people romanticize startup culture. They celebrate the hustle but ignore the exploitation. Passion is not a substitute for fair compensation. Believing in a vision shouldn't mean sacrificing your time, health, and talent for nothing. If you're building a startup, respect the people building it with you.
