Over 5,800 calls were referred to our Alternative Care Pathways (ACP) in January, with 40% of these avoiding a trip to the ED as a result.
ACPs include Pathfinder, the Clinical Hub, Community Paramedics & more, and aim to support and treat people in their homes and communities.
