RIP, Fantasy Focus Baseball pod. Such an enjoyable, bona fide & friendly part of my baseball season for the past decade. Much appreciated and will be greatly missed @SultanofStat @karabelleric @KyleSoppeESPN @MatthewBerryTMR @NateRavitz, et al.

Let them all in the HOF. Many suggest putting an asterisk on those suggested of PEDs. Alternative: the default to all plaques is no special demarcation. Instead give a badge of positive recognition to those deemed of exceptional character. @jaysonst @Buster_ESPN @Kurkjian_ESPN

@JeffPassan. This works not only for PEDs but a lot of other "bads" that have too long been discussed for the sport. Focusing on the positive would be a welcomed, and needed, chance of perspective for baseball's best and HOF.
Back in 2010, @cdixon wrote that the next big thing in technology often starts out looking like a toy. Microsoft buying Activision is the current $70B manifestation of the thesis. And it probably won't be the last, or richest, example. Pretty cool. cdixon.org/2010/01/03/the-ne…

Here's the record setting stone skip (88 skips!?!) referenced in @Freakonomics re-broadcast this week ("How to Win Games and Beat People"). My younger self searching for double digits is humbled. youtu.be/C0_hEvNOqGM

A great Harry Potter week for @ZachLowe_NBA! 2 references to apparating (1 in pod, 1 in 10 Things) and dresses up in character for Halloween. Lowe's Wizards (-3) over D.C.'s.
The @statcast led broadcast of Cubs - Rockies Wild Card game is exceptionally fun. Hope some of these features make it into more traditional broadcasts.

Some podcast episodes really stand out. This ep, about the idea, creation, launch and history of PTI, by @JimMiller, is one. Excellent. x.com/JimMiller/status/94856…

It took years to get @PTI launched on @ESPN / many in Bristol never thought it had a chance / Kornheiser scoffed at idea. What happened to change all of it? itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/…
