BREAKING: Ex-husband of Rep. Hillary Scholten files motion claiming she hired private investigators and placed a tracking device in his vehicle before filing for divorce.
Jesse Holcomb’s custody motion states the Congresswoman displayed erratic, paranoid, controlling behavior, and alienated him from their two sons.
The filings also detail Holcomb's requests for a judge to hold Scholten in civil contempt for repeatedly blocking his court-ordered parenting time. Scholten previously filed a motion to seal the divorce records.
