This is hugely significant. Great way to justify restrictions tho’. Delay returns to work, allow public services to be overwhelmed because of staff shortages. Then say they were right all along to limit freedoms. Genius.

🗳️ May's Senedd Elections turnout was just 46.6%, compared to 63.5% in May's Scottish Elections and 67.3% in the UK General Election in 2019.
🇬🇧 Welsh Government need to work with our fellow UK counterparts to understand why turnout for Senedd Elections are so much lower.

So much to discuss in The Co-operation Agreement. Is a “free”school meal for every Primary School Child a public good. A public good is both non-excludable and non-rivalrous.For such goods,users cannot be barred from accessing or using them for failing to pay for them.
