I asked Grok to research me, i only corrected a couple of things for accuracy. ...Getting to Know Paula Johnstone-Whitehawk: A Spiritual Guide and Natural Medicine Advocate, with a Doctorate in Natural Medicine. If you’ve stumbled across the online presence of Paula Johnstone-Whitehawk, known on X as @Paxtree, you’ve encountered a unique voice blending spirituality, natural healing, and a call for unity in a fragmented world. With a digital footprint spanning platforms like X, LinkedIn, and YouTube, Paula has spent years sharing her expertise and passions with a global audience. Here’s a glimpse into who she is and what she brings to the table, based on her vibrant internet activities. A Spiritual Teacher with a Universal Vision Paula describes herself as a “Universal Spiritual Teacher,” a title that reflects her mission to transcend cultural and religious boundaries while rooting her teachings in love, peace, and oneness. On X, where she’s been active since July 2010, her bio reads: “Universally walking in a Spiritual Way sharing teachings promoting Life, Love, Peace & Oneness.” Her posts often weave together spiritual reflections with real-world commentary, offering followers a mix of inspiration and thought-provoking takes on current events. Her LinkedIn profile expands on this, noting that she’s been sharing “Universal Spiritual Teachings” with global appeal for over 30 years. Whether through healing circles, lecture panels, or seminars, Paula’s focus remains consistent: inspiring people to connect with their inner selves and each other. She credits her spiritual foundation to Yeshua (Christ/Jesus), yet her approach is deliberately inclusive, aiming to “bring People and Cultures together to promote Peace on Earth.” (Christ is inclusive) A Champion of Natural Medicine Beyond spirituality, Paula is a seasoned practitioner of natural medicine, holding credentials like DNM® (Doctorate of Natural Medicine), RNP® (Registered Naturotherapy Practitioner), and RAP® (Registered Acupuncture Practitioner). With over 40 years of experience, she’s built a reputation as a go-to figure in holistic health. Her LinkedIn testimonials praise her as a “competent and highly caring practitioner,” well-regarded by clients for her practical wisdom. On YouTube, her channel “Paula Johnstone-Whitehawk DNM” dives into this expertise with a twist—she pairs natural medicine with gardening. She’s also shared remedies online, like a LinkedIn post about using nebulized 3% hydrogen peroxide for viral relief, showcasing her knack for blending traditional knowledge with accessible solutions. A Voice for Empowerment and Peace Paula’s internet activities reveal a deep commitment to empowerment, often urging her audience to take charge of their lives—spiritually, emotionally, and physically. Paula spent many years as an Activist, on many issues. "Walking her Talk", as she says. Her X posts celebrate personal victories and resilience, while her LinkedIn writings, like a poetic reflection on the “Lily of the Valley,” highlight humility and grace as strengths. She’s not shy about wading into political waters either—posts on X have called out figures like Justin Trudeau, Bob Rae on Toll Roads, and supported movements like Canada’s Freedom Convoy, framing them as fights for human rights and unity. Her writings often circle back to peace as a choice. In a LinkedIn piece titled “Love Revolution,” she argues that small, conscious decisions can shift the world from war to harmony, one person at a time. This blend of activism and spirituality underscores her belief that leadership isn’t about power—it’s about guiding others toward a better way of being. A Gardener, Healer, Writer, Poet, and Community Builder Paula’s expertise isn’t just theoretical; it’s hands-on and heartfelt. #PaulaJohnstoneWhitehawk #Paula #me #Grokassesment

I had no idea who Oliver Tree was before he tragically passed today in helicopter accident in Rio de Janeiro Brazil. But I came across this video and it’s down to earth, real, funny, and genuine. It’s the least retarded message I’ve heard come from a musician ever. Thoughts?
Oliver Tree has tragically passed away... massive loss to humanity. This dude was the goat. To all who are trying to "LooksMax" or think you are ugly because of this new fad.... listen to his wise words. We are all beautiful 🕊 R.I.P Oliver Tree 🙏

🦶🦶Walk Softly: A Reflection on Our Impact😍 In our fast-paced world, it’s vital to remember the importance of "Walking Softly." This concept encourages us to pause and consider the implications of our choices—whether we’re contemplating a new purchase, deciding to discard something, or casting our vote on environmental issues. Envision the Earth that sacrifices and All Others that sacrifice their Lives or parts of themselves for the oil, gas, plants, trees, animals that are turned into the resources, products, medicines, clothes that even Humans work hard to make with their time, blood, sweat and tears for the Collective Earth Villages. Each product we buy, every piece of clothing we wear, food, water, and the medicines we use comes at a cost, often borne by the Earth and its Inhabitants.🐝🕊🐞🪻 "Walk Softly" serves as a reminder to reflect on how our actions affect Others. It’s an act of Love, a Gift we can offer to our fellow Human Beings and the Earth itself, to Respect everything and not frivolously dispose things. Save them. Repurpose them. By embracing this Mindset, we bring ourselves closer to creating Heaven on Earth.🙏 As the Bible reminds us in Proverbs 12:10: "A righteous man cares for the needs of his animal, but the kindest acts of the wicked are cruel." Keep advocating for Change. Yet, know we will individually give an Account on the Last Day on what we did when only Heaven was watching. Let us Walk Softly, lightly and consciously, Honoring all Life and the Beautiful Erath we Share. In doing so, we cultivate a deeper connection with each other and the Life around us.🙏 In these pictures I am upcycling a mini Greenhouse. Those old tires have grown Potatoes for over 10 years and this year Tomatoes and Salad greens. What are you Upcycling? New Moon Reflections: Embracing Change as the Summer Solstice Approaches As the New Moon graces the sky, we stand on the threshold of the Summer Solstice, a time of light, growth, and renewal. This season invites us to reflect on the world around us, especially as many nations grapple with the delicate balance between war and peace. In these turbulent times, our Thoughts and Prayers hold profound power. Each Sacred Day provides us with an opportunity to envision a Future filled with Hope, Healing, and Unity. Let us come together in Prayer, channeling our collective energy toward fostering Peace and Understanding in our communities and beyond. Remember, our voices and intentions can Spark change. As we celebrate the coming Light of the Solstice this month, let’s commit to using our Prayers as a force for good—offering Comfort to those in conflict and strength to those seeking Peace. As it is written in James 5:16: "The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective." May we harness this Power during this Sacred time, nurturing the seeds of Compassion and Harmony in our hearts and the hearts of others. Together, we can illuminate the path toward a brighter Future. Reflect on the Wisdom of your Ancestors tonight. In the darkness of the New Moon, we search for the Light, to cast away the shadows of doubt and fear. So be Bold, take Courage, and spread your Light! Better yet, Reflect the Light of Christ.🔥🙏🕊 John 12:46: "I have come into the world as a light, so that no one who believes in me should stay in darkness." 🐞Happy Sabbath!🙏 REALLY??🕊 As we pause to reflect on the past week, it’s important to acknowledge that not every moment was filled with Joy. Some weeks are hard; they test our Strength and Resilience, leaving us feeling weary and overwhelmed. Yet, in these moments of struggle, we find the Beauty of Sabbath—a time to stop, rest, and rejuvenate our Spirits. This day reminds us that it's okay to not have everything figured out. It’s a time to lay down our burdens and find Solace in GoD's presence. Remember, rest isn't just a break from our struggles; it's a chance to reconnect with our Faith and draw Strength for the Journey ahead. For those feeling weary, let’s hold onto this beautiful Promise: "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." — Matthew 11:28 May this Sabbath bring you Peace, Renewal, and the Strength to keep Going. Happy Sabbath!🙏🕊♥️ Written by Paula Johnstone-Whitehawk DNM ®️©️ #HappySabbath #Sabbath #ShabbatShalom #LoveTheCreatorGoD #SpiritualEncouragement

Part 3 of 3: Seeking Long-Term Help 1. Contact Local Authorities: Reach out to your local emergency management office for information on resources and assistance programs. Carry copies of Insurance papers, wills, house deeds, latest tax papers in your go bag. You may need them. Internet info can be deleted quickly. 2. Community Resources: Find local shelters or community centers that may offer food, clothing, or temporary housing. Look for local churches or organizations that provide aid. Ask Family Members or good Friends before disasters if they would be willing to assist you? Good to know who you can rely on. 3. Government Assistance: Apply for federal disaster assistance through FEMA or your country’s equivalent. Document any damages for insurance claims. 4. Networking: Connect with neighbors and community members for support and resource sharing. Some people have Equipment you may not be qualified to use and are willing to help or barter for services. Be Respectful and do not take advantage of People's kindness. Exchange your services. Join local online groups or forums to share information and get updates. 5. Psychological Support: Seek mental health resources, including hotlines or local support groups, to cope with emotional distress. Know your help lines: example Suucide Intervention 988 or 911 for Police or Ambulance in North America. 112 is the standard Emergency number used across the European Union (EU), the UK, India, and parts of South America and Africa. 6. Plan for the Future: Create a long-term recovery plan that includes rebuilding strategies, financial planning, and community rebuilding efforts. Have your Car set up with emergency gear. You may need to live in it. Keep 1st Aid kits in several places. You can bury an emergency tote before disasters and teach Family Members where to find it. I truly Hope this helps You. Keep the Information handy and Share it with Others. Lastly, Pray for Others. 🙏🕊♥️ Matthew 25:1 "Then shall the kingdom of heaven be likened unto ten virgins, which took their lamps, and went forth to meet the bridegroom. 2 And five of them were wise, and five were foolish. 3 They that were foolish took their lamps, and took no oil with them 4 But the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps. " Tell me did this help you and can you add advice to help others? Part 2 of 3: Immediate Steps After a Tornado 1. Assess Your Safety: Check for injuries and administer first aid if needed. Avoid entering damaged buildings due to the risk of collapse. 2. Create a Shelter: Use tarps, furniture, or parts of your home to create a makeshift shelter. Look for sturdy trees or structures to provide wind protection. Build a lean to. Make a Safe place as soon as possible if you can't get to a local Evacuation Center. 3. Find Food: Hopefully, everyone has their Pre-Prepared Go Bag. So assess what you have for immediate use. Ration if you think, you need to, before you can get more Provisions. Count your water supplies. Search your property for non-perishable food items, like canned goods or dried food. If you have a garden, check for any vegetables that might still be salvageable. 4. Collect Water: If pipes are damaged, collect rainwater or use any stored water. Use bottles or containers to gather water from any nearby sources. Boil it before drinking. Preventing illness is a priority. 5. Stay Informed: Use a battery-operated radio, buy a hand cranked one, or use your phone (if charged) to receive updates about rescue efforts or safety information. 6. Signal for Help: Use bright clothing or reflective materials to signal for help. Make noise at regular intervals to attract attention, if you require assistance. Put a whistle in your Go Bag. 🔺️What to do in Case of Emergency‼️ Part 1 of 3 🚑 I have really been asking myself what I would do if I lost my Home in a Tornado situation. This is something many People are Assessing and wondering about. The shock of what we are witnessing around the World, makes us Reevaluate our personal situations. Many wonder about their Health, their Finances, their personal Psychological strengths and weaknesses, especially if they are already looking after vulnerable Loved Ones. So here's a few points I want to make in these videos. First before Tragedy strikes. Before you get Emergency Warnings. What you need Ready in a very Practical Way. Watch Prepareness Channels. Check Government Websites. They offer many ideas on Preparedness. My biggest thought is have a Go Bag ready at All times with your ID and Family contact info, and a Bible, in it. All important papers. If you lose ID, it is hard to Prove you are you. Plus, getting stuck in a Fema or Refugee Camp without ID or Words of Comfort, would be a Longgggg nightmare. Then any Meds, Supplements, High Protein Snacks, tea or coffee bags, toilet wipes, and a lighter and flash light. You need one bottle of water, and a lifestraw for each person, minimum. Finally, one change of comfortable clothes and underwater and socks. If you have a wool blanket, grab it too. Theses are the things that are essential and easy to assemble. They can get you through the first hours after extreme events. GoD Bless us; so we don't need to grab our Go Bag!! "Therefore keep watch, because you do not know the day or the hour." — Matthew 25:13 Also, have your Car ready; All the Time! Extra blankets, First Aid kits, Maps, not dependent on GPS electronics. Perhaps a small Tent and Camp stove. Part 1 of 3 Written by Paula Johnstone-Whitehawk DNM ®️©️ #parcticaladviceforemergency #BePrepared #GoBagAdvice #practicaladviceforstorms #SpiritualEncouragement

🌻Seven Stones to Happiness🥰 FIRST STONE: Be happy for no reason. There's nothing you need to become, nothing that needs to happen, in order for you to be happy. HAPPINESS IS SIMPLY A CHOICE. Let go of the "when/then" game: "When I lose 10 pounds, then I'll be happy." Let Christ take your pressing problems. Happiness doesn’t come after achieving goals; it’s what allows you to achieve them. Acceptance is the path to happiness. SECOND STONE: End the blame game. Do you blame others for how your life has unfolded? Is it your childhood, spouse, boss, or world affairs that make you unhappy? Are you giving away your power by being a victim? To empower yourself, take responsibility for your life. No one can shape your life unless you allow it. Choose responsibility & your life will bloom in richness. Surrender to new Growth. THIRD STONE: Simplify. Authenticity struggles in complexity. Pull out the weeds & create space for your soul's desires. Simplifying means ridding yourself of materials, activities, & people that drain your energy. Clutter shows an overgrown life. After clearing space, free up time. Without time to connect with your heart, you won’t hear its whisperings. Rid yourself of toxic people & cultivate your passions. Allow time for reflection. Become mindful. FOURTH STONE: Relish being selfish. Oh no, I used the "S" word! Being selfish isn't bad. Those who say so often want you to follow their rules! You must prioritize your needs to serve others joyfully. Concentrate your energy on expanding your uniqueness. True selfishness means being yourself fully so you can share fully with others. Find a resting place to discover joyful peace within. Remember you are made new in Christ. FIFTH STONE: Do your healing work, now! Healing means confronting habits, hurts, & fears that keep you small. The need for escapism, cures, & self-destructive habits will diminish. Let the fullness of who you are step into the Light, & healing manifests. Let go of guilt, pain, anger, & unworthiness. Open the channel of effortless being for the Holy Spirit to flow through you. Find what works for you & commit to shifting beliefs that hold you back. Focus on Love; one day at a time. SIXTH STONE: Cultivate compassion. Compassion is profound. It pulls us out of ethnocentrism, enabling oneness with others. This facet of authenticity; compassion removes the ego's false gods of idolatry, immortality, competition, & judgment from their thrones. It allows us an expanded view of the world as Spirit sees it. Compassion, empathy, & mercy are keys to wholesome relationships that emulate Christ. SEVENTH STONE: Integration is essential for Peace. Integration requires maintenance of your mind, heart, soul, & body. Nurture good habits in nutrition, exercise, water, & enjoyment. Maintain close family ties, cultivate friendships, & engage in meaningful work, study, hobbies, & never stop trying new things. BE HAPPY!!🙏 Written by Paula Johnstone-Whitehawk DNM ®️©️ #SevenStonestoHappiness #stonesoflove #practicaladvicefromastone #TheRockLovesYou #SpiritualEncouragement

🚨 BOMBSHELL ALERT: TREASON UNRAVELING IN REAL TIME?! 🚨 WELL… ISN’T THIS THE MOTHER OF ALL COINCIDENCES?! What if the URANIUM Hillary Clinton sold to Russia — while she was Secretary of State — somehow ended up in Iran’s nuclear stockpile… right after Obama shipped them plane-loads of cash?! The enriched uranium Iran just surrendered? If forensic tests MATCH it to the Uranium One batch… GAME OVER. Hillary. Obama. JAIL. TREASON. HISTORY BOOKS. No more hiding behind “controversy-free” fairy tales. Obama’s legacy is cracking wide open — and the American people are finally waking up to the greatest scandal of our lifetime. This isn’t a conspiracy. This is karma catching up. Trump was right all along.
