Everyone who has a pool knows you don't paint it a dark color because algae management becomes way more of a problem.

This is why I was tweeting all day yesterday about hurting the wildlife. Those ducks are going to get sick from that toxic water. The entire pool should be closed off while it's incompatible with the life around it.
When $14.2 million dollars of taxpayers money goes to renovating the reflecting pool and it comes out looking like this!
