Good week this
- Trained 4 times. Push, pull legs, cardio
- Walked average 8-10K, lesser than most days. Evening work calls restricting it!
- Sleep performance not perfect but this i generally fix well soon
- Recovery twice green, 4 times yellow and once red
- Strain 10.1, not bad for early training days
- No sports this week, ok will see next week.
- Ate 2-3 bad meals, 15 perfect meals, 3-4 average. Super happy about it
- water 3L all days! Some days with electrolytes
