🇦🇺 It’s time to lift the weight off Aussie businesses! PAYG withholding tax isn’t just unfair — it’s a drag on productivity. Employers shouldn’t be the government’s tax collectors. By abolishing PAYG, we’ll free businesses to grow, create jobs, and reward hard work — not paperwork. That’s the People First Policy. 💪 Real change starts here. Join the movement: 🔗 peoplefirstparty.au/join #PeopleFirst #AbolishPAYG @PeopleFirstAus 🇦🇺

No need to wait for the Liberals to pull their finger out, the People First Party already has economic tax policy that will absolutley shit on anything the LNP can dream up. They had the best part of a decade to do something about tax reform and they chose to sink us a further $300b dollars in foreign debt and do nothing to reform the tax code leaving the door wide open for foreign companies to shift profits off shore to avoid paying tax is Australia. Noting comes close to the @PeopleFirstAus tax and economic reform policies because we are willing to do what it takes to put the Australian People First every time. We dont have time to muck around with the major party nonsense, its time to take action and join the PFP today peoplefirstparty.au/join 🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺

Bravo
🚨 Breaking! The Irish government has informed the EU they will not comply with a demand to force hate speech laws on the public. Hugely significant moment for free speech.

Stop Net Zero destroying our environment and jobs. “Australian forestry company Midway has unveiled a $350m deal with MEAG, a subsidiary of insurance giant Munich Re, which will see the pair dramatically expand Midway's forestry operations. The transaction is one of the first to capitalise on a recent update to Australia's Emissions Reduction Fund method of dealing with plantation forestry, which will provide more opportunities for the industry to earn carbon credits. The transaction is one of the tirst to capitalise on a recent update to Australia's Emissions Reduction Fund method of dealing with plantation forestry, which will provide more opportunities for the industry to earn carbon credits.” Resulting in: “Driving around the gravel back roads of Corangamite Shire, councillor Jamie Vogels surveys the landscape where once-green, cattle-grazing pastures have been sprayed and cut into uniform windrows ready for blue gum seedlings. Cr Vogels points out a nearby property, now bare of grass and cleared of farming infrastructure; fences, troughs, shelter belts and tracks, with all the flammable material put into a pile. "They're burning that at the moment so they can plant their blue gums," Cr Vogels said. Previously, the farms being turned into plantations had accommodated local farming families and sometimes supported additional families who worked as milkers and labourers, and Cr Vogels said the land use change was causing a significant loss of community members.” ••••••••••••••••••• On my travels in Victoria, it was pointed out to me that high value farming land is being converted into low value forestry plantations in the name of climate change. This is just another example of the net zero madness whereby taxpayers fund foreign companies such as Munich Re to destroy Australian industry. The major parties who support this stupidity need to go. Www.peoplefirstparty.au will end this madness.

Making my way back home after a successful two weeks on the road. We had almost 1,200 attend our meetings which was a great turnout. Thanks to everyone who made the effort - I appreciate it. The world is run by those who turn up. If we want to beat the machine, we need to build a machine. We can only achieve this by building a large active membership that can spread the message that People First has the solutions that will deliver better outcomes for the people and put Australia first. I will be at Byng’s Cafe in Orange tomorrow morning at 8am and then at the Tamworth Hotel 147 Marius Street at 2:30 for anyone interested in coming along.

It’s important to note these polls only offer four parties as a choice, Labor Greens Coalition One Nation and then Other. If you want to indicate a preference for another minor party you have to say other - some of One Nations 12% will go to other minor parties that aren’t mentioned by the polling organisation.

“Hundreds of members of the state LNP, including Mr Littleproud and fellow federal Nationals Matt Canavan, Llew O'Brien and Colin Boyce, overwhelmingly voted for the Coalition to abandon a commitment to net-zero carbon emissions by 2050. While the grassroots vote is not binding on the parliamentary party, Mr Littleproud acknowledged there was "definitely a mood in our partyroom" to abandon the emissions policies. David Crisafulli's state government is still committed to reducing carbon emissions to reach net zero by 2050, and the Queensland Premier did not vote on Friday's resolution.” Along with “Victoria's historic treaty is promising to "reckon with the past" and empower the state's First Peoples — and explicitly declares it will not take anything away from the broader community. The assembly, which was set up in 2019 to elect Aboriginal people to negotiate a treaty on their behalf, will have the power to make rules on matters that directly affect First Peoples in Victoria. "Treaty is built on a simple principle: First Peoples decide First Peoples' issues. This doesn't take anything away from anyone else,'' the treaty says.” Results in this. “Sussan Ley's Coalition has slumped to its worst primary vote in Newspoll history in the wake of Jacinta Nampijinpa Price's sacking and ugly internal brawling, delivering Anthony Albanese his biggest two-party-preferred vote lead since becoming Prime Minister. A Newspoll conducted between Monday and Thursday last week shows the Coalition's primary vote crashing to an all-time low of 27 per cent, which has lifted Labor's two-party-preferred buffer to a dominant 58 per cent to 42 per cent.” ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• The primary vote for the Coalition is at all time lows. Unfortunately not all coalition voters are switching to minor parties. Some are switching to Labor or the Teals. If we want to beat Labor, then it’s vital that political parties start listening to their members. A few weeks ago the LNP had their annual convention and for the first time in years grassroot members were actually allowed to debate and vote on net zero. Needless to say the members voted net zero down. But here’s the thing - what the grass root members decide isn’t binding on the parliamentary members. David Crisafulli stated afterwards that his government is still committed to net zero. The Federal party will soon recommit to net zero to please their mates at the big end of town. Which begs the question, what’s the point of a political party having members if their elected representatives don’t listen to them. It’s no wonder support for the LNP is declining. Party leaders are not listening to their members. In many ways this is by design as the two major parties have changed the electoral funding laws so they are funded by taxpayers instead of members. This has made democracy inside the major parties redundant. The only way this process can change is to build a strong grassroots political movement that can gut the Liberal and Labor party of their members. That’s why People First is building branches. We will ensure policies and candidates are decided upon by our members and binding on anyone that is elected into Parliament. It’s the only way to give power back to the people and ensure politicians are held to account. If you want to take back Australia then sign up today at vist.ly/46smt
