I think lifting platforms are a huge waste of money. Just build the platforms into your flooring. Also, no trip hazards. And yes, I know the OL coaches will disagree. I see platforms as space holders that say “ lift here”. @Perform_Better

Adult fitness is a growing part of our business. Our adults are an extremely fun group to train but I know a lot of trainers only want to work with athletes. Here’s 3 business reasons you should train adults. 👇👇 1) Less hours you need to coach. The vast majority of parents, don’t want their kids training in a large group. The vast majority of adults don’t mind training in large groups. 2) 12 months of consistent training aka cash flow..They’re not going to miss sessions because they have a game the next day or they can’t find a ride, etc… 3) They usually have sons/daughters that play sports. Most of our adults who have middle school and high school kids that play sports have their kids train with us.
