tal disaster with Comcast. Quoted $51 for Internet only service. Agreed and went to the store to return my equipment. At the store, they couldn’t find that rate and charged me $95 a month. Spent three hours trying to rectify this. Frustrating

Just made 7 night reservation, system showed 12,000 points per night but when I received confirmation, it charged 15,000. After 30 minutes on the phone, a rude agent said new system only shows total points after making reservation

@TMobileHelp @TMobileBusiness @TMobile Having a terrible customer service experience, very frustrating! I have been trying to upgrade two phones and getting different answers each time and now the deal is finished.
