Been talking to
@Xfinity almost every day via app, phone, and Twitter. No one has made this right. Even talked to supervisors. Today, they gave me a big ole $53 credit towards one of my 2 accounts (sarcasm, obviously). Both services are doing the exact same thing—can’t stay connected longer than 10 minutes. This week has been the worst. Reps don’t help, supervisors don’t help. As long as they get their money, they don’t care about customers.
5 WEEKS this has been happening. I’m sick of this. Thinking about reporting to the BBB. Need another company but only know of AT&T, and they are terrible too.
And no, this isn’t just about not being able to watch TV. This is about my job.
Steps taken:
Contacted support multiple times.
Advised to get 2 new routers—did that.
Installed routers—still drops.
Appointment scheduled, but it’s too long to wait.
