He has the skill to be a selfish high-usage ball-dominant stat-padding offensive player who rests on defense. His foremost concern is team success, so he doesn't play like an offense-only loser. He looks to maximize what he can get out of his teammates, knowing that he can adjust his own game to make up for wherever their deficiencies are.
