On 28th Feb I gave evidence to the @CommonsEFRA on species reintroductions. At that meeting, the NFU Dep-President said that the #IoW White-tailed Eagles were definitely impacting on lambs and lambing. Just to be clear - there is no evidence that this is the case.🧵

Good news no doubt, but it appears to be a donation not an financial investment (?) Subtle difference. Hopefully it will help to demonstrate to private finance the benefits of investing in #NaturePositive programmes rather than just funding nature projects.
