It's pretty cool that much of the media that you're tweeting (yes, I'm still using that word) can't be viewed. You just can't beat a social media site that has no media.
I love RDJ as Stark, but seeing him act, I mean *really* act, in Oppenheimer is a phenomenal reminder of what he's truly capable of. I've been a fan since forever, and watching a performance like his as Strauss is a different kind of gift from the one he gives as Stark.
Apparently my best friend, a guy I've known for 40 years, doesn't understand how commerce works. He wants to buy a set of tickets to a game I can't get to this year, but he wants the tickets before he pays me for them. Uhhhhhhhhhhhh...
I've collected Marvel comics since the 1980s, had a lot of fun with the films, but even I'm MCUd out and need a break. I can't get excited for this stuff anymore. x.com/Variety/status/1690103…
David Krumholtz was terrific in Oppenheimer, and Robert Downey Jr’s performance was Oscar worthy. Just give Cillian Murphy the statue for lead actor right now. @PeterPutzel
Oppenheimer was an outstanding movie. The acting, filmmaking and story were so carefully put together. The surprise actor cameos were amazing. @PeterPutzel
We say goodbye to Oscar-winning director William Friedkin, whose rich filmography from THE FRENCH CONNECTION to THE EXORCIST continues to inspire creatives today. Our thoughts are with his friends and family.
@THR remembers him here: thr.cm/ZLSKko6
I thought it was fantastic. I see a shitload of Oscar noms headed its way, specifically: Best Director, Picture, Actor, Actress, Supporting Actor (RDJ is a lock), Sound, Adapted Screenplay, and several other technical categories.
Heading out to see OPPENHEIMER soon because I know it is going to take half a day to see it. BARBIE is on the slate for sometime in the next week or so.
