At least a hundred. We still make movies about how Roman emperors used to murder people for fun in the Colosseum and that’s been 1500, 1600 years.

Trump is a ponzi scheme.
The $TRUMP meme coin generated about $616 million for the Trump family, while buyers lost more than $700 million, according to Reuters' estimates. The coin has tumbled 97% from its January 2025 peak reut.rs/4oisC7e @specialreports

SBU's Alpha unit hit the "Temp" state reserve oil depot in Rybinsk, Yaroslavl region, over 700 km from Ukraine, on Zelensky's orders. The depot holds Russia's strategic fuel reserves and supplies its northeastern regions. A massive fire broke out, with at least three blazes across a 60-tank farm.
The "Temp" combine in Rybinsk, Yaroslavl region, which produces ammunition and explosives for Russia's military, was struck overnight.

Trump turns 80 today. If presidents were given titles like medieval kings, he would go down in history as "Donald I, the Catastrophe." He attacked US democratic institutions, quarreled with all allies, unleashed trade wars, and weakened NATO. The operation in Venezuela—touted as a massive success—did not lead to the country's democratization; Trump merely swapped Maduro for a puppet of his own. The war with Iran affected every country in the world without exception. Catastrophic planning led to the blockade of the Strait of Hormuz. The regime held firm. Iran’s nuclear program was not destroyed. The Gulf states suffered as a result. Negotiations with the regime are being conducted from a position of weakness. Yet, from our perspective, the gravest charge is that Trump weakened support for Ukraine and played into Putin’s hands—manifesting in pressure on Kyiv and the fostering of the "spirit of Anchorage." On the other hand—like a stopped clock—the Trump administration must have done something right. Nothing immediately springs to mind, however.

WHy are @USAttyEssayli and @HarmeetKDhillon covering up for criminals. Even ignoring how Dhillion's team lied to indict Georgia Fort--which will soon be exposed--Elon Musk has done what they claim to be hunting but he's out free.
I’m glad you’re acknowledging that voter fraud does exist in California. There has never been an audit of California’s voter rolls to determine how widespread the fraud is. Let’s settle this debate once and for all by allowing the federal audit @AAGDhillon and I have been seeking for over a year. The public deserves to have confidence in their election systems.

In the deepest, darkest recesses of the fever dream minds of right wingers who screamed about Clinton, Obama, and Biden, they could not fathom this type of failure. A complete and utter humiliation of our nation thanks to the Con Man in Chief.
Trump is getting fleeced by Iran The deal: • $24B cash oil sales • Just 60 days of open Hormuz Iran pockets $30B in two months Day 61, Iran can close Hormuz again, and repeat the extortion Massive loss for Trump—Huge win for Iran

And despite much of Europe's best efforts to avoid doing anything for so long. Better late than never I suppose, as with so much in this war. It would have been over long ago had the shadow fleet been shut down and the entire Russian energy sector sanctioned appropriately.
I am grateful to the UK for taking this important step against Russia’s oil fleet – a shadow fleet tanker has been detained off the UK's southern coast. It was Russia’s hubris, fueled by high oil and gas revenues, that paved the way for this war, and every decision by partners that deprives Russia of money also limits the war itself. I thank @Keir_Starmer and all Britons for such principled resolve. And Europe urgently needs to take legislative steps to enable not only the detention of tankers and restrictions on oil shipments, but also the confiscation of the oil they carry. This will certainly help bring peace closer.

Russia is carrying out hundreds of strikes against Ukrainian cities and communities, attacking our civilian infrastructure every day. This past week alone, the Russians have launched 1,920 attack drones, 1,790 guided aerial bombs, and 17 missiles of various types against Ukraine. We need to step up our countermeasures against these attacks. We are preparing for meetings with partners to strengthen our defense against this Russian terror. The G7, EU, and NATO summits are ahead. And it is very important that these negotiations result in concrete decisions. We expect meaningful meetings with our partners. First and foremost, we need support for air defense and our long-range capabilities, an expansion of cooperation in the Drone Deals format, and further strengthening of sanctions pressure on Russia. We must end this war in a dignified way and with guaranteed security. And it is through strength, the unity of partners, and pressure on Russia that this can be achieved in a lasting way. I thank everyone who is helping us!
