The takeaway message? Be cautious in the use of colistin, for resistance can arise relatively easily.

Finally we tried to look at the plasmidome using
@Sergi_Arredondo MLPlasmids - we found signal of a diverse plasmidome even in isolates which are closely related at the core genome level. Replicons appeared to be largely genus restricted, though there was some overlap...
