What a surprise @RoyalMail my Fathers Day cards were finally received today ... along with other letters.
Despite telling me there was a temporary problem at the sorting office last time I'm more inclined to believe this is deliberate.
Letters are intentionally being held back!
Today I received a pile of post (the first delivery for over a week) including an NHS franked letter sent 1st class on 15th April that has arrived one day after the vital appointment I was supposed to attend.
How can @RoyalMail justify holding onto letters like that?
