In their quest to inflate numbers and therefore account for the money they'll loot, they throw big numbers like doing 80,000 tests. Then you wonder why your country is blacklisted. If you suspected 80,000 people could have Ebola, then you can't claim they were all negative. In reality no tests done on anybody. Just numbers to account for billions.
Kenya strongly protests the decision by Israel to include the country amongst those whose travellers it will restrict. This is esp unfortunate given Kenya’s support to regional surveillance & response to Ebola. With over 80,000 tests, no case of Ebola has been reported in Kenya.

𝗪𝗔𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗗 𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗦𝗢𝗡 The Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) is appealing to members of the public for information that may lead to the arrest of a suspect, whose photograph appears below, wanted in connection to the disappearance of a four-year-old child in Nakuru County. The child was reported missing at Mwariki Police Station on June 11, 2026. As the family desperately searched for their child, the suspect is alleged to have compounded their anguish by attempting to negotiate a ransom. Acting swiftly on intelligence leads, detectives from the Anti-Human Trafficking and Child Protection Unit (AHTCPU), working jointly with the Crime Research and Intelligence Bureau (CRIB) at DCI Headquarters and Officers from Mwariki Police Station, trailed the suspect to a plot in Quarry area of Rongai. However, upon noticing the detectives closing in on him, the suspect fled into nearby slums and has since remained at large. A search of the room where he had spent the night led to the recovery of a mobile phone, personal belongings, and a mother-and-child clinic booklet bearing the particulars of another minor from Nakuru County, raising more questions about the suspect’s activities. Anyone with information that may assist in his arrest or help establish his whereabouts is urged to report to the nearest police station or anonymously through #FichuaKwaDCI. Call 0800 722 203 (Toll-free) or WhatsApp at 0709 570 000.

Reducing price of petrol by KES 0.22 is unnecessary razzmatazz that only creates inconvenience. Imagine petrol stations have to change prices on pumps, price board and their forecourt management systems. Some have to pay technicians to assist as some equipment misbehave at times or lack a remote ....

Matthias ... @eurofounder I hope Germany will catch up and make it 60% instead.....
BREAKING: The Netherlands just told its citizens to go to hell. 36% tax on unrealized gains. Approved. You didn't sell anything. You didn't make a single euro in cash. Your portfolio went up on paper. The government sends you a bill anyway. 61,000 citizens petitioned against it. Parliament approved it anyway. No cash to pay the tax? Not their problem. Asset crashes after you paid? Not their problem. This is not tax policy. This is the government treating your paper gains as their income. Before you've made a single euro. The most talented Dutch investors are already leaving. Capital goes where it is treated best. 2028 is coming. Plan accordingly.

In 1 year's time, Peter Kenneth will emerge from hibernation to offer himself for election. This is a guy who has not commented on anything: SHA, housing levy, fuel prices, extra judicial killings, disappearance of people, school unrests etc. No, nobody will ever elect him.
