Attending the SBC and voting to uphold biblical clarity concerning the office and function of a pastor was important. Also, voting to increase giving to the IMB was very important, but the most important thing that I have done this week was finalize Sunday’s sermon for my congregation.
The health of a local church is critical for the fulfillment of the Great Commission.

Revive This Nation.
That was our prayer today, and it remains our prayer as we leave encouraged by what God is doing among pastors, churches, and leaders across the country.
We gathered around a shared conviction: America’s deepest need is not merely political, cultural, or institutional. Our deepest need is for revival.
We are grateful for every person who joined us, for every conversation, and for every reminder that God is still raising up faithful voices for this moment.
