I started in 2014 when regionals were still b01 cts until top cut. What sucks a little about cts is your opponent (depending on their friend network) could have info on your team before you even sit down for a match because their friend played you earlier during the tourney. I specifically remember the phrase “Friends are overpowered” This change is fine and OTS is fine( coming from a person who like CTS lmao)
