So yeah, this is my take on a "classic" design for Dr. Starline. Of course, I took a lot of inspiration from Tails Adventure specifically and tried my best to make it look like the official artwork from the game.

Katt's does a better job communicating "rough and tumble bounty hunter" instead of just looking like "the girl one that's a girl" It makes a lot of sense if you consider they redesigned her from the ground up and took from her description more than her prior appearance.
