Gratifying to hear @MikeGradconsult reference Recruitability as only one piece of the puzzle in #Careers work - Helen feels that focus on digital tools can sometimes miss out the socio-digital aspect e.g. how to 'get on' in work, rather than just 'get in' to a job.

On the cusp of the final race of the season, my thoughts are with one of my recent grads. In her first meeting with me, she told me she wanted to forge a career in F1. Her placement year took her elsewhere, but gave the platform to live out those dreams. Now working for RBR.
