2025 Budget: #CrossRiverState proposes N498bn, a N60.12bn increase from 2024. 65.9% for capital projects, 34.1% for recurrent. But 2024 performance shows a different story: recurrent expenditure leads with 49.9%, capital lags at 21%. Will 2025 be different? #FiscalResponsibility
