We are not 'parked on benefits', we are sick and disabled. This is a disgraceful way to talk about people who have (like myself) become in need of state support due to illness and disability. Park your ridiculous report.
Almost 1,000 people a day are joining health and disability benefits. A system that leaves people parked on benefits is failing them.
We need an emergency handbrake on welfare spending - reform that reduces the bill, supports people into work, and frees up resources for the state.
