Weight loss isn’t exciting, it’s boring. It’s passing on going out to the club to go to the gym. It’s turning down alcohol for diet soda. It’s following healthy routines and paying attention to details. Reading numbers on labels. It’s not exciting, but it’s so worth it

Took a couple weeks off of over head press, but got stronger in other lifts. Came back to it two weeks later and absolutely crushed a PR. Funny how that works

When you get to a low enough body fat percentage, seeing the changes when you drop even a little bit is crazy. New striations, more definition on the abs, etc. That’s the fun part about getting lean
