Ran back to back to back full court 5s on the basketball court today. Was explosive and strong. Cardio and resistance training go hand in hand. Don’t fall for propaganda
Took a couple weeks off of over head press, but got stronger in other lifts. Came back to it two weeks later and absolutely crushed a PR. Funny how that works
When you get to a low enough body fat percentage, seeing the changes when you drop even a little bit is crazy. New striations, more definition on the abs, etc. That’s the fun part about getting lean
Whey protein is complete protein. And as long as you are getting a legit brand, not filled with our pointless stuff. Makes hitting protein goals easier
Eat similar things every day (in terms of macros and calories). Makes tracking very easy
