Union busters were just dealt a major blow.
Yesterday the NLRB issued a ruling that will force employers to recognize unions in the workplace if bosses commit unfair labor practices during a union election.
Labor laws are violated in over 40% of all union election campaigns.

Over 200 multiemployer plans were on pace to become insolvent in the near term, resulting in two to three million workers seeing their benefits cut in retirement.
Because of @POTUS' American Rescue Plan, those workers will now receive the benefits they paid into.
