“The glass wall” analogy is to help soften the judgements of your past and live in the present.
It silences the noise without killing the memory completely.
It allows for separation without detachment.
It brings new perspective without the story attached previously.
Take all the garbage you have been through in your life and place it on the other side of a glass wall in your mind.
Close your eyes and picture it. The glass wall separating you from not so ideal situations of the past.
Let it sit there and notice yourself on the other side of the wall.
You are free.
It happened and you can look back on it if you need to occasionally but there is no need to stand in that space.

It only comes with you if you let it.
