Tragic story. There’s paltry regulation on alcohol sales in delivery apps like Uber Eats, Deliveroo, and Just Eat. No safeguarding. No meaningful purchase limits, no flagging of extreme repeat orders. Vulnerable users can have alcohol delivered to their door 24/7. Even gambling apps have these kinds of safeguards! Why don’t delivery apps?
