Anastasiya Buzuk and colleagues from the Perlstein lab (@Prof_Perlstein) provide insight into Nar1 trafficking, CIAO2A function and CIAO1 related disease by binding studies of the CIA targetting complex and its C-terminal tryptophan containing clients.
