This does not prove the correctness of the quoted tweet. Taste in music is not “exactly” equal to the frequency of listening to that genre daily. You can be a big lover of heavy metal music and not listen to it when you need to do something that requires more brain power. Enjoying loud music doesn't mean you are less intelligent.

Will have to find the paper again but I believe there's a correlation between ambient noise and intelligence. So loving loud sounds all the time generally doesn't mix with intelligence. Make of that what you will.

Finally, the right one. It felt weird that they were releasing any other feature but this.

Wasn't it yesterday, I saw a video from @atmoio talking about how engineers can no longer keep up with code reviews due to the pace of AI. Now AI is doing that too. I'm sure he didn't see this coming as soon as today. What a time!
Introducing Code Review, a new feature for Claude Code. When a PR opens, Claude dispatches a team of agents to hunt for bugs.

I was a 10x engineer. Now I'm useless.

Within this 5-year space, there’s going to be a lot of process evolution and morphing of the design role due to the emergence of more AI capabilities. But the industry will eventually find a new shape, and this is the first thread I have seen that looks more like how I think the near future will be.
The designers who’ll be most valuable in five years aren’t the ones who used AI tools earliest. It’s the ones who maintained the clearest point of view on what good actually is while everyone else was optimizing for speed.

Been discussing this a lot with friends, there’s been a serious decline over the years in how Apple designs the “details”. I miss the good old days.
There was a time—a glorious, golden age of wonder—when Apple would have taken the time to ensure this stepper had smooth, fluid transitions. I yearn for those times.
