Preservation of our languages is so important man. We're heading towards a generation of kids who won't speak or understand anything, and the only association they'll have to their homeland is food and their ethnic surnames. So sad

On 27th June 2024 a number of Black languages were added to google translate including Seychellois Creole, Papiamento, Patwa, Wolof, Kikongo, Ga, Fulani and Kinga. This is an important step towards Linguistic Justice and accessibility to learn these languages across the diaspora/ continent.
