Project Propeller is an annual reunion for WWII aircrew, to which they are flown from all over the UK in light aircraft by current volunteer pilots.

Shropshire has hosted Second World War veterans for a final 'Project Propeller' event.
Despite numbers dwindling since 1998, more than 40 former aircrew attended for the last time - pilots giving up their time and their flying machines free-of-charge.
