Other paintings may be provocative and gory, a warning of the dark consequences of unethical technology. However, not everything is dark: some works emanate hope and inspiration, showing the beauty of the synergy between human creativity and technology. My art is an unapologetic critique of our dependence on technology, which threatens to stifle our moral virtues and interpersonal relationships. Missing home 🏡 These drawings were part of Vincent's attempt to create a new version of 'The Potato Eaters'. He based them on his old Dutch peasant drawings that his family sent him while he was in a psychiatric clinic in the South of France. Sadly, he never made this painting.
