Someone tried to steal my briefcase on a busy part of The Strand an hour ago …not good. What was good was that 4 or 5 people saw it happening and gave chase …. He dropped it. Two lessons ..1. Be more alert 2. Most people are good people … thanks to those that stepped in

Does anyone else have neighbours who do exactly the same things as them but in a weird stalking kind of way?

The accountants who tell clients to sit on their money and pay invoices at the last minute…could someone have a word 🙄

Marcia Hutchinson on Channel 4 news just reminded me of this: ‘for evil to flourish all it takes is a few good men to do nothing’ - so true.

This is awful. The last ever Denby Pottery going to the kiln. Why is there not uproar? Where’s the government in this?? We all have Denby in our homes, in family heirlooms, as our history and now it’s closing through lack of support, such a sad sad day. #SaveDenby @denbypottery

This is just lovely…I grew up watching Channel 4 news and Jon Snow (my dad used to watch it avidly) - he is forever an icon to a whole generation
A story about Jon Snow.. We got my Dad's terrible diagnosis thirty years ago while I was working with Jon. We didn't know each other well then but when Jon caught me crying at work, he asked me what was wrong and he listened and was kind. Then...

The anniversary of the Grenfell tragedy is coming up. So many people I speak to don't realise there are still SO MANY unsafe buildings. It is beyond belief that successive governments have failed to get a grip on a national scandal #endourcladdingscandal bbc.co.uk/news/articles/c626…

Looking to speak to Brits who managed to get an EU passport after the 2016 Brexit vote, or just before. I’d love to hear about how you did it and how it's changed your life and future! Email maybellemsmorgan@gmail.com #journorequest #prrequest

What no one tells you when you’re at uni is that it’s always the most unlikely people that will end up being successful…it’s not the boffins and people who ask the most questions…🧵

It’s the ones who party and socialise hard, and make connections and network…this is coming from someone who was somewhere in the middle but definitely thought the 2.1 alone would get her far. It definitely gets you in the door but after that it’s all about the blag

Dexter, my orange cat, has been gone for a month and a half. We searched and everything. We all mourned him and have slowly been moving on. About 20 mins ago he comes walking up in the front yard like nothing ever happened. This boy!! I fed him his meat food and now he’s passed out in the living room floor.
