Mom and pop housing providers have been begging for a seat at the table for years. We are the largest segment of rental property ownership yet excluded from policy discussions. Instead, policy makers have relied on tenant "advocate" lobbyist insulated by their DC white papers.

Yes, there were no politics in msm until bari weiss took over cbs, no one saw the curtain pulled back after elon bought Twitter. "Journalists" have far too high opinion of their industry, second only to "public servants". They've lost the script, all of them.

Figures that a cult of affluent theater kids, failed artists and entitled, gentrifying rats would glom onto this moment like the hard work, professionalism and stoic character the @nyknicks put on a CLINIC in, is somehow something THEY inspired. You demons can ALL go fuck yourselves.
This is your city on socialism

It’s ironic watching avowed Communists manage to make it to a game that costs $10,000 while people just blocks away can’t afford dinner.

Boomer cultural dominance is so bad that you can watch your own son drop 45 to win the NBA Finals and immediately start talking about some guy from the 90s

Not one quote from the city, or mom and pop landlords, about how exactly the city of Detroit intends to inspect 80,000 rental homes annually. Just 14% were inspected and registered last year. That's on the city for creating a system without proper funding or staffing.
Most Detroit landlords have no legal right to collect rent, housing attorneys say - Detroit Metro Times metrotimes.com/news/most-det…

I’m told that these are going to be the people who win over the working class 🤣
Art can't be a luxury made by and for the few. But the cost of living has made it impossible for so many New Yorkers to create the culture that makes this city beautiful. I joined Mayor @ZohranKMamdani at MoMA PS1 to talk about my journey in the arts and keeping NYC vibrant.

Elizabeth Warren, Bernie Sanders, and the rest aren’t dumb enough to actually think Elon Musk has a trillion dollars in cash waiting to be taxed. They just think their followers are dumb enough to think that. And they are.

45% of the 17,000 signatures this communist submitted we're invalid, now he's 1222 short. To be fair, Chuy dropping out and installing his chief of staff as the only candidate was also shady af. Why do commies always act this way? It's weird.
Chicago Alderman Byron Sigcho Lopez’s independent congressional campaign for IL04 is in serious trouble: after the records exam, he’s 1,222 signatures under the minimum required to make the ballot.

Bunch of bmw bolsheviks raging against the machine totally oblivious to the fact they're the machine
The most envious, Marxist, redistributive person in the world isn't the guy busting his hump to frame a house, or the guy grinding out DoorDash...it's the smug guy worth 7 or 8 figures staring at a trillionaire he considers socially beneath him.

The right wants more trillionaires because naturally that means more billionaires, millionaires, and the uplifting of thousands of people. The left wants less trillionaires because they want everyone poor and subservient to government programs. Understand this as you see the crying about SpaceX

I don’t understand why we have to have jobs and paychecks and everything when we could just trust Elizabeth Warren to give us what we need.

When these communists say tax the rich, they mean use policy mechanisms to municipalize the housing stock, turning the home you own and live in to public housing. They don't just want Elon property, they want everyone property.
Reason #1,000,000,000,000 why we should tax the rich.

We don’t talk about this map enough. Chicago bans new multifamily buildings in most neighborhoods—even where there are tons of vintage 2-flats, 3-flats, etc.

The Dems need new comms people. To be clear, “comms” does not stand for communists. Perhaps that’s the mistake they made… We should be celebrating the fact that amazing companies and wealth are being created in… the USA!! 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Americans are struggling to pay for groceries and gas while Elon Musk becomes a TRILLIONAIRE. When the federal government is for sale, the rich get richer and everyone else gets shafted. The system is rigged.

Chicago Bears legend Brian Urlacher spoke out against Illinois Democrats for giving billions of dollars to illegal immigrants, while the Bears now plan to move to Indiana because Illinois failed to pass a tax relief and stadium incentive bill. "They just don't care."
