Hoping $DFTX will have a better MADRS score reduction than $CMPS although they were relatively close in their 2b comparisons, Definium achieving a placebo-adjusted reduction of 5.7 at week 4 compared to 6.6 at week 3 for Compass. Direct comparison is also not entirely applicable since Compass was Treatment-Resistant Depression while Definium is treating Major Depressive Disorder. Either way, Compass had a significant drop in their PH3 and Definium will not be different. Primary endpoint is Week 12 while Compass PH3 was Week 6 so that also seems indicative of something lower given trial data already shows reduction lowers as time goes by. If we do end up doing better and crush it with a reduction of 4.5 or better it wouldnβt surprise me about a big price jump. Worse than the Compass MADRS and I could see a solid slashing. Itβs all hard to say. Either way, not long to wait now.

Six-eight months ago $ATAI was #1, now it is #3. I suspect they will jump up once they announce PH3 initiation in the coming weeks and readouts get closer through 2027. Either way those are the big three, and give you a position in the three most relevant classical psychedelics (LSD/Psilocybin/DMT). All of them have a great thesis and are well-funded. The next couple years are going to surprise a lot of people.

Spravato is almost 2 Billion a year in revenue. $CMPS has 135 mil outstanding shares. COMP360 is on pace for approval rollout 4th quarter this year. Even w/ ignoring possible PTSD approval in 2027 we are looking at a ~$60/share price. This is an incredible opportunity.
