Freedom of speech is the bedrock of democracy. If the truth is suppressed, it is impossible to make an informed voting decision. The degree to which freedom of speech is being undermined around the world is extremely alarming.

I believe there are no political "sides,“ and that both parties are under the uniparty — controlled by bankers, NGOs, billionaires and intelligence agencies — ultimately working towards the same totalitarian goals. One aspect of the uniparty appeals to superficial freedom-oriented ideals, appearing as a more palatable, distinct “side” so that many in the freedom community continue to buy into the illusion of authority, wasting time trying to create change within government, voting for, pleading with and petitioning those in power rather than recognizing their own power to create real, lasting change outside of government. However, I am hopeful that more and more people are realizing this, beginning to understand their own power in shaping their own lives. This is where the real solutions lie.

We’ve eaten real whole foods since the beginning of our existence. Ultra-processed foods are a recent invention (most aren’t even 100 years old). The reason they think this is because they are heavily influenced by food conglomerates that make ultra-processed snacks. There is nothing healthy about eating ultra-processed food-like products.
