Scared of Quantum Computers? Alice in Wonderland may have said this to me in a dream—DYOR, and don't blame her if your other chain faces quantum woes.
It's not likely an issue anytime soon, but... many chains use SHA-256, which could be vulnerable to quantum hashing attacks.
@hedera uses SHA-384, stronger and govt-approved.
The bigger threat? Signatures—ECDSA & Ed25519 (used by Hedera too) are at risk from Shor's Algorithm, potentially exposing private keys. But Hedera's account addresses aren't directly tied to public keys, so the Governance Council could swap to PQC without users changing IDs or a chaotic hard fork.

Brought to you by a fever dream featuring Schrödinger's Cat. Individual quantum outcomes may differ. Not a substitute for real research. If your chain experiences superposition or entanglement issues, seek professional help. DYOR, and remember: This is not financial advice—it's barely coherent advice!"
