Accurate property owner contact information is difficult to identify. There are hundreds of data tools, free websites & skip tracing apps that supply contact info. However, only 1 or 2 of the phone numbers will be accurate. This simple "Quality Indicator" features helps you keep track of which phone numbers are accurate or not. The only way to verify accuracy, is to pick up the phone and call. But, brokers shouldn't be wasting time calling bad numbers.
