RIPIN’s health insurance consumer assistance program helps consumers navigate health insurance, resolve billing errors, file appeals, access critical services, address medical debt, and overcome barriers to care.

The report highlights legislation that would extend Early Intervention services until the fall after a child turns three, helping more children with developmental delays receive crucial support before starting kindergarten.
