A few months ago, I met a young African who had spent months learning Web3.
He knew more about blockchain than many people already working in the industry.
He could write content.
Manage communities.
Run campaigns.
And even explain complex concepts to beginners.
But there was one problem.
Nobody knew he existed.
No network.
No mentorship.
No visibility.
No access to opportunities.
That conversation stayed with me.
Because the more people I met across Africa, the more I realized something:
Africa doesn’t have a talent problem.
We have an opportunity problem.
Every day, millions of talented young Africans are learning, building, creating, and growing.
Yet many never get the chance to showcase their skills on a global stage.
Not because they aren’t good enough.
But because they lack access.
That’s one of the reasons I started building
@RNSweb3Global
Not just to teach Web3.
But to help build the bridge between talent and opportunity.
Because talent without opportunity remains hidden.
And Africa has too much hidden talent.
The future won’t belong to those who simply train people.
It will belong to those who build the infrastructure that helps talent get discovered, verified, and connected to meaningful work.
Africa is not waiting for the future.
Africa is already producing builders, creators, innovators, and leaders.
The question is:
Who will help unlock their potential? Let’s discuss
