A First Aid at Work certificate is valid for 3 years. After that, HSE treats it the same as having no trained first aider on site at all.

Reminder: Occupational Health doesn't work for HR. We work for both β the employer needs honest advice, the worker needs a clinician they can trust. The day OH becomes a rubber stamp is the day it stops being useful to either.
